The Kern Fire Safe Council (KFSC) and SWCA Environmental Consultants are updating the Kern County Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) and developing Community Annexes to help communities better prepare for, respond to, and recover from wildfires.
The planning team wants to hear from residents, homeowners, businesses, and local leaders about wildfire risks, concerns, and priorities in your area.
Visit the Kern County CWPP Hub Site to:
• Complete the Community Survey
• Learn about upcoming outreach meetings and events
• Access project updates and materials throughout the planning process
Help shape wildfire preparedness in Kern County by getting involved and sharing your input.
